The NH RN to BSN Pathway program is a partnership between the Community College System of NH (CCSNH) and the University System of NH. This is a “public pathway” just for graduates of any CCSNH college to enroll in the RN to BSN program at Granite State College (GSC), continuing their Nursing education at the same cost per credit as their community college courses (currently only $200 per credit)!
Who is eligible to enroll in this new pathway program?
Graduates with an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from any of NH’s community colleges are eligible to enroll – whether they graduated years ago or are current community college students applying for this pathway.
*Students may be conditionally admitted into the CCSNH Nursing Partnership RN to BSN Program with conferral of the associate degree in nursing from a CCSNH institution. Full admittance to the program requires an active RN license.
Is there financial aid available?
There is financial aid available for the first two years of the program (through CCSNH), with the same requirements as other associate degree programs (e.g., minimum six credits). Financial aid will also be available through CCSNH institutions for students enrolled in third year courses, presribed by the RN to BSN Pathway curriculum guides, at a CCSNH institution. Financial aid for fourth year nursing courses is available through GSC.
How does the program work?
Students who are accepted into a CCSNH Associate of Science Nursing degree program would first complete the two-year program, then complete the application to GSC.
This BSN degree completion program is a total of 120 credits over four years, including the NH community college Nursing program course requirements and the BSN Nursing courses at Granite State College.
Is the RN to BSN Program accredited?
Yes, the RN to BSN Program at Granite State College is a fully accredited program by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
